This was the day I went on my first nature walk. Duration: 30 minutes. My human declined to allow me to sniff *all* the things, therefore we advanced about a half mile and back instead of the 10-foot radius of Other Dog Deposits I had originally surmised would be our focus. I was required to sit and *wait* upon the passage of any and every interesting person and/or dog. What strange behavior this human requires of me. I was allowed to receive pets from two children, but not allowed to give them copious kisses or bowl them over physically with my exuberant presence, as is my preference.
Afterward, I was quite exhausted, and my human obligingly carried me into the house from the car.
